Are Herbalife products medication?
Herbalife products are not medication. They are a
kind of alternative to medication. Medication is chemical products,
synthetically produced in laboratories. As they are
relatively new creations, we do not know the full long-term effects on the human
body.
Whereas Herbalife products are natural. They
are often made with a herbal or botanical base.
Herbalife is food compressed into tablets. They are not dangerous to most of the
population. Of course, you should consult your doctor before starting any health
regime.
Could I give Herbalife products to my child?
The answer is yes, we have a selection of products specifically made for children.
Can I buy your products from anywhere in the world?
You are currently in the United States section of our site. The available products of various countries are not all the same. If you want to order from Canada, United Kingdom or France, go to this page and select your country. Please contact us to place an order outside of these countries.
I would like to pay in a non-American currency.
Not a problem, Paypal
converts the currency for you. However, your currency must be recognized by
Paypal. Consult the Paypal website for more
information.
If your currency is not listed
on Paypal's website, you may pay by cheque. Please contact us to know the
amount.
How long before I receive my products?
Your order will be processed within 48 hours. Shipping time may vary from 2 to 5 days, depending on the shipping address you provide. You should expect a 7 business day delay before receiving your order. For a limited time, shipping and handling charges are free for all orders over $50.00.
What are the shipping fees?
Shipping is 100% Free on all orders.
What is the 30 day Satisfaction Guarantee?
If you are not satisfied with your purchased products, for whatever reason,
we will refund your item less shipping and handling fees. If you did not pay
shipping charges because your order was over $50.00, we will deduct from the
refund, the fees we paid for your delivery.
You will personally have to cover the shipping charges to send back the item.
You will have to send us the unused product and container, even if it is almost
empty. If you do not send the product, you will not receive your refund. Also,
you will have to complete the required paperwork and send it to us with your
unused product.
Are there side effects?
If you choose one of the Nutrition
Programs, you may experience side effects,
especially for the first several days. When the body
undergoes a drastic change in diet, however positive, it requires a period of
adaptation. You may experience some of the following, reported side effects:
- nausea
- headache
- digestive problems
- rash
- runny nose
- etc.

I am diabetic, can I take the products?
You must consult your doctor first. However, Herbalife is food and your doctor does not stop you from eating food.
