By purchasing a product from our website (www.vivez-en-sante.com),
you acknowledge that you have read, understand and accept all paragraphs
of these terms and conditions.
You (the client)
understand that Herbalife products are not medication. They have no
healing effects on the human body. Herbalife products are natural health
products.
You understand that we, Cédric Loiselle, do not
guarantee the results that you may obtain with the
products. Results depend on many factors that are out of our control.
You understand that Cédric Loiselle
and/or Herbalife
cannot be held responsable for any and all problems associated with the
purchased products. We strongly urge you to consult a doctor before starting any
new health regime.
You understand that by starting a new nutritional
regime, there are possible side effects. Some of the reported, initial side
effects include, but are not limited to: nausea, headache, digestive problems,
rash, runny nose, etc.
You understand that if you purchase the International Business Pack and
become a distributor, we do not guarantee that you
will make a profit. Your income depends on the amount
of effort that you put into your business and on other factors out of our
control.
You understand that if you decide to use the 30 Day Refund Policy, the
refund does not include Shipping and Handling fees, and this is valid even
you did not pay the fees initially. You must also
personally cover the cost of returning your merchandise. Once you have
completed the form "Client Refund Request, " which you will receive within a reasonable
delay following your refund request, you
must send us the completed form along with the remaining unused product and
container and only then will you receive the reimbursement. If we do not receive
the unused product and container, we will not be able to process your refund
request.
Shipping is included in the prices.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
